Real life is complicated and hectic. COVID-19 has the entire world on pause. As a company we are still fully operational, although you may experience some shipping delays as the situation progresses. We are taking the necessary sanitation measures by limiting human contact and cleaning every surface possible. While we can’t guarantee complete sanitation of your package upon it’s arrival, we can assure you that we have taken all the recommended precautions as outlined by the CDC.
The Postal Service has experienced operational impacts as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, geographical areas are impacted differently and will have various levels of impact around the country. You may experience some shipment delays.
Canadian Orders (Ship Time: 3-7 Days)
All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $85 CAD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of the equivalent of $11.40 CAD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3-5 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery.
After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post for Canadian orders.
U.S.A. Orders (Ship Time: 3-7 Days)
All orders in continental US receive free shipping on orders over $85 USD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $10 USD per order. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3-7 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 2-10 days for delivery.
After your order has been marked as shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number for your order. We ship via Canada Post for American orders.
Please note that goods being imported (by you) may be assessed for applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.
Order Issues
If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery and we will do everything to have this corrected.
Lost Orders
If your order shows as delivered in our system but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number
